Tools for losing weight in this issue of Tools for Health
January 15, 2007
Greetings!

Welcome to the first 2007 issue of Tools for Health. It's a new year, and we have a new look. How do you like it? Some things at natural-health-coach-for-women.com are still in transition, and we would love your feedback on the changes in both the newsletter and the site.

In fact, we enjoy hearing from our subscribers any time they have comments or constructive criticism. It helps us serve you better and meet your particular needs. Simply reply to this newsletter!

In addition to our new look, we are also adjusting the format a bit. No need to worry though, you will continue to receive first-rate information, tools, and resources. However, instead of the longer articles you are used to, we are creating smaller – and therefore quick to read and apply - pieces.

We hope you enjoy these changes and that they are helpful to you in your quest for excellent health – naturally!

Now, on to your tools first topic of the new year!

Thank you for subscribing to this newsletter! Do you know someone else who would enjoy receiving Tools for Health? You are welcome to share it. If this issue was passed along to you, take a minute to subscribe by visiting Natural Health Coach for Women, then pay it forward to someone else!

January 2007............Issue #018

In This Issue

  • Natural Weight Loss Tools and Resources
  • Supplements to Aid Weight Loss

NOTE: To receive the best results I recommend only high quality resources. Look for herbs, supplements, and other resources mentioned in Tools for Health at My NSP Natural Health Coach and Natural Health Coach for Women.

Natural Weight Loss Tools and Resources

We have mentioned Nature's Field in the past and continue to encourage our clients and customers to subscribe to this informative newsletter. Steven Horne shares some insights on weight loss in the January issue that you won't want to miss.

We have created a discussion group at Yahoo for everyone who would like support and to exchange ideas in their weight loss efforts. We would love to have you join us!

DiscoveryHealth has an 8 week challenge that may be just the jumpstart you need. There is no charge and you get a great perk – an 8 week (also no cost) membership at Bally Total Fitness. If you live near one, this is a really good way to 'get moving'. However even if you can't make use of their offer, there are many other benefits of joining the challenge. Check out their FAQ page.

Remember to download their Fitness and Nutrition Journal. Whether you join the challenge or not, this is an excellent tool.

Supplements to Help You on Your Weight Loss Journey

Keeping in mind that supplements are to be used when necessary to complement - not replace - your core weight loss program, here are a few options. It will depend, of course, on your own unique issues and challenges which supplement will be right for you.

To learn how best to utilize the above supplements, or determine if you even need them, the first tool, Nature's Field, is the best guide. Please don't just assume. You are unique and what helps your friend, may not be right for your body.

Have a healthy day,
